Solution Planner
Project Role Description
The Solution Planner analyzes client requirements and supports configuring solutions from a standard set of offerings. The role liaises with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shapes services, determines appropriate service delivery locations and related costs, and works with client stakeholders to receive sign‑off on the solution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and manage teams to achieve project objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet client needs.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert and provide cross‑team solutions.
- Make team decisions and support problem solving across multiple teams.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of system integration and architecture design principles.
- Ability to analyze complex client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with program and project management.
- Relevant certifications in solution architecture.
Education & Experience
- Graduate or master degree with good grades.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in solution architecture.
- 10+ years of solution architecture experience if possible.
