Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled SAP Monitoring specialist to join our Bengaluru-based IT operations. The role involves monitoring complex SAP landscapes, configuring Solution Manager, and ensuring end-to-end health across ECC/S4HANA environments.

You will coordinate with global stakeholders and drive proactive improvements. The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP BASIS/ABAP experience, strong collaboration skills, and experience integrating SAP monitoring with ticketing tools like Remedy or

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./M.S. in CS/EC or related certification.
• Experience in SAP monitoring across heterogeneous landscapes.
• Knowledge of SAP CHARMs ITSM and ABAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Solution creation and maintenance of business process hierarchies.
• End-to-end monitoring setup and data consistency checks.
• EWA setup, troubleshooting and performance optimization of SAP environments.
• Integrate SAP solutions with ticketing tools (Remedy, ServiceNow) and maintain solution documentation.
