Job summary

Western Refrigeration Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to oversee configuration and maintenance of SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, DMS and WM modules. You will ensure change management governance, provide user support, and drive business process improvements.

You will work closely with IT and business Heads to implement new features, develop reports, and ensure audit readiness. Prior SAP governance and project experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Configure and implement SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, DMS & WM modules to meet business needs following Change Management principles.
• Provide prompt support for SAP queries and issue resolution for the business.
• Offer inputs for new business processes and advise on new SAP features and products.
• Provide on-the-job training and prepare user manuals.
• Collaborate with Support Partner for development/configuration and issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with IT-Infra for SSL, networking, and legacy system optimization.
• Develop and implement reports and validations per business requirements and Change Management.
• Monitor SAP for patches, kernel upgrades and server health; coordinate downtime.
• Raise incidents with SAP for critical product issues.
• Monitor FUE consumption and ensure audit readiness.
• Implement mitigations for adverse audit findings.

Job Description for SAP Manager

• Do & Implement configuration of SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, DMS & WM modules as per business needs & adhering to the Change Management Principles & Rules.


• Provide prompt support to Business SAP queries & issues resolution.


• Provide SAP related inputs for new Business Processes. Apprise business of new features available in latest versions & new products with potential to benefit the Business.


• Provide on-the-job training to users & prepare user-manuals.


• Work closely with Support Partner for new development/configuration & issue resolutions requiring niche SAP Module consulting skills.


• Work closely with IT-Infra Networking team for SSL Certificates update, Networking issues pertaining to SAP & Optimization of Legacy systems.


• Develop & implement reports, validations, program corrections in system as per business requirement and adhering to the Change Management Principles & Rules.


• Monitor SAP for Me regularly for patch upgrades, kernel upgrades, Server Uplifts. Raise appropriate service requests with SAP & co-ordinate with Business Function Heads for system downtimes.


• Raise case incidents with SAP for product related critical issues.


• Monitor FUE consumption.


• Ensure Audit readiness & provide required data dumps & reports to Auditors.


• Implement mitigation measures for adverse audit findings & preventive measures for their reoccurrence.

• Implementation of new SAP modules, Projects & streamline business processes which would benefit business in terms of improving productivity, capturing structured data for analysis & control, ensure regulatory compliance and reducing costs.
