Job summary

Nokia Bengaluru seeks a Microsoft 365 Solution Designer with deep IAM expertise to design secure identity architectures across hybrid environments, combining AD DS, PKI (ADCS), and Entra ID to support enterprise workloads.

You will own identity governance, implement MFA and Conditional Access, enable SSO and external identities, automate with PowerShell and Graph, and collaborate across security, compliance and infrastructure teams while delivering L3/L2 support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of IT experience focusing on IAM and Microsoft technologies.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory (AD DS), AD Certificate Services (PKI), and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos).
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience working in global enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support other M365 workloads (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint) where required.
