Job summary

Nokia in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Red Hat IdM specialist for a third-tier support role within the IAM team. You will handle complex IDM problems, perform maintenance, and monitor the environment.

You will mentor juniors and coordinate with IdM T2 support and Service Delivery Management to upgrade and enhance services. This role requires strong Linux, IdM, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with 6+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux operating system (or other Linux operation systems) and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Identity Management (IdM).
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Red Hat IdM server and client installation and configuration and with Red Hat IdM operations (users/groups/hosts management, policies configuration, etc.).
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with different services on Linux operating system (certificate system, Kerberos KDC, DNS Server, NTP Server, etc.).
• Knowledge of LDAP, Apache, Kerberos & Linux OS Fundamentals for troubleshooting day-to-day issues.
• Knowledge of Bash Scripts & running basic scripts for recurring tasks.
• Exposure of Monitoring Tools (Zabbix) & proactive approach on alerts.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Red Hat IdM specialist to support Nokia Identity Management services in a Third-tier support role.
