Job summary

EXL in Noida is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to translate business problems into structured analysis and AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights and shaping AI-enabled approaches in collaboration with business and technology teams.

With 5–8 years of experience, you will participate in end-to-end engagements, develop problem statements, and present executive-ready outputs to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business/analytics discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, analytics or consulting roles.
• Proficient in data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled consulting engagements—from proposal through final outputs.
• Structure problem statements, define analytical approaches, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture processes, pain points, controls, data touchpoints, and AI enablement areas.
• Develop current- and future-state artifacts (process maps, SOPs, journey maps, RACI) aligned to AI-driven transformation.
• Perform data analysis and work decomposition to quantify impact, benefits, and business case value.
• Create executive-ready presentations and narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate insights and track AI trends.

This role is a Solution Consultant position supporting AI-enabled consulting engagements, with a focus on translating business problems into structured analysis, actionable insights, and implementable solutions. The role combines strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to shape AI-driven solution approaches in collaboration with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled consulting engagements—to proposal through final outputs
• Structure problem statements, define analytical approaches, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Analyze business processes and operational data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture processes, pain points, controls, data touchpoints, and AI enablement areas
• Develop current- and future-state artifacts (process maps, SOPs, journey maps, RACI) aligned to AI-driven transformation
• Perform data analysis and work decomposition to quantify impact, benefits, and business case value
• Create executive-ready presentations, narratives, and deliverables for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate insights, shape AI-driven solutions, and track emerging AI and industry trends

• Apply domain context to guide solution outputs, quality expectations, and controls
• Define high-level solution approaches, workflows, and decision frameworks
• Conduct Current state assessments and documentation and recommend AI enabled future state
• Apply domain understanding to improve accuracy, consistency, and relevance of AI-generated outputs
• Support development of phased implementation plans aligned to business priorities
• Define validation approaches, checkpoints, and human intervention points where required
• Review and validate solution outputs to ensure alignment with business expectations
• Support adoption through clear documentation, training inputs, and feedback incorporation

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, analytics, or related roles
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Experience in stakeholder interaction and requirement elicitation
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI / Tableau)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Understanding of process improvement, data analytics, and digital transformation concepts
• Prior work experience and knowledge in the Insurance domain will be preferred
• Experience in working with AI tools and applications will be an advantage
