AI Transformation & Enablement Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Transformation & Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and operationalization of AI initiatives across the organization. This role will be a key member of the AI Transformation & Enablement team, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate AI strategy into measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of AI transformation, program management, governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement experience. They will play a pivotal role in accelerating responsible AI adoption by establishing scalable operating models, governance frameworks, enablement programs, and value realization mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

AI Transformation & Strategy

• Drive execution of AI transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals and technology strategy.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to identify AI adoption opportunities, priorities, and implementation roadmaps.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable workstreams, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Assessment

• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and current-state assessments across functions.
• Analyze business processes, identify capability gaps, adoption barriers, and improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Governance & Operating Model

• Design and implement AI governance frameworks, decision-making models, policies, and operating procedures.
• Develop scalable operating models to support sustainable AI adoption and responsible AI practices.
• Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices for AI program execution and oversight.

Enablement & Change Management

• Lead AI enablement programs, including Communities of Practice (CoP), AI Champions networks, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Drive organizational change management activities to improve AI awareness, readiness, and adoption.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and AI-first thinking.

Program Management & Value Realization

• Manage transformation workstreams, track milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Define and implement metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure AI adoption, business impact, and value realization.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations.

Communication & Leadership

• Create executive-ready communication materials, transformation updates, and governance reports.
• Facilitate alignment across multiple teams and ensure successful delivery of transformation objectives.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority and drive consensus across diverse groups.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in AI Transformation, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Program Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and strategic change programs.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, executive communication, and workshop facilitation.
• Hands‑on experience designing governance frameworks, operating models, and organizational enablement programs.
• Experience conducting process assessments and developing scalable transformation solutions.
• Strong program and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of AI adoption frameworks, AI governance, responsible AI practices, change management, and value realization methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting or transformation experience within large enterprise organizations.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience working with AI Centers of Excellence (CoE) or enterprise AI programs.
• Familiarity with organizational design, operating model transformation, and business process optimization.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Project Management, Agile, Change Management, or Digital Transformation are a plus.
