Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Solution Architect for Telecom OSS to design end-to-end OSS/BSS and Service Assurance solutions across 4G/5G environments.

This senior role requires TM Forum familiarity, REST APIs, Kafka, API Gateway, and cloud-native microservices with strong cross-functional collaboration across business, network and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with strong Telecom OSS/BSS architecture exposure.
• TM Forum standards: eTOM, SID, TAM and Open APIs.
• Experience in Service Assurance, Fault Management, Performance Management and Event Correlation.
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G, RAN, Core, IMS/VoLTE, IP and Transport.
• Exposure to OSS platforms such as Netcool, Spectrum, MYCOM, OneProbe or SIGOS.
• RCA, Service Impact Analysis; REST APIs, Kafka and API Gateway.

Responsibilities
