Solution Architect (Presales) – AI Security

Role Overview

Fortinet is looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect (Presales) – AI Security to support enterprise customers in designing and securing AI-driven environments. This role will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customers to position Fortinet’s AI Security portfolio and help organizations address emerging threats related to AI/ML workloads, GenAI adoption, cloud security, and application protection.

Key Responsibilities

• AI data Center security design: Architect zero-trust segmentation, east-west traffic inspection, and perimeter defence for AI/GPU cluster environments using Fortinet Solutions
• LLM & AI workload protection: Implement security controls for LLM inference pipelines, model serving APIs, and AI orchestration layers — including prompt injection defense and model output filtering.
• GPU server hardening
• Threat detection & SOC integration: Deploy Fortinet solutions to ingest telemetry from AI infrastructure, build AI-specific detection rules, and automate incident response playbooks.
• 5Network fabric & SD-WAN: Design secure inter-DC connectivity for distributed AI training clusters
• Pre-sales & advisory: Lead proof-of-concept engagements, deliver technical presentations, and serve as a trusted advisor to Enterprise, Commercial, and Strategic customers build and secure AI infrastructure.

• Support RFP/RFI responses and technical solution design
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on customer requirements and AI security use cases
• Stay updated on trends related to GenAI, LLM Security, Adversarial AI, and AI governance

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in Presales / Solution Architecture within Cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of Network Security, Cloud Security, SASE, ZTNA, and Application Security.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and AI application environments.
• Experience managing enterprise and strategic customer engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI Security, CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, or DevSecOps technologies.
• Understanding of LLM risks and secure AI adoption.
• Relevant certifications such as NSE, AWS/Azure, CISSP, or CCSP.
• Experience with cybersecurity vendors or cloud security companies preferred.
