Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to define and govern the global Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) architecture and lead multi-year CRM initiatives in a complex, global environment.

The role requires extensive Oracle CX Sales/Oracle Sales Cloud expertise, strong governance and stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with integrations, data governance, and cloud migrations across Oracle products.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in IT, with 8+ years dedicated to Oracle CX Sales / Oracle Sales Cloud implementation and architecture.
• Led architectural design and full lifecycle implementation of 3–5 global Oracle Cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and govern the global Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) technical and application architecture blueprint.
• Drive the multi-year CRM roadmap, evaluating platform additions, custom extensions, and cloud migration strategies.
• Serve as the Primary Technical Advisor to C-level stakeholders (CIO, CRO, VP Sales Ops), translating commercial strategy into IT capability models.
• Establish architectural governance, technical standards, security policies, and best practices across development teams and implementation partners.
• Architect end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Lead-to-Opportunity, and Territory-to-Quota workflows spanning Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC), and Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Design robust integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and event-driven architectures to connect on-premise legacy systems and third-party SaaS applications.
• Guide complex data architecture, master data management (MDM), data governance, and large-scale data migration strategies.
• Oversee Groovy scripting, Application Composer customizations, custom objects, and Page Composer extensions to ensure zero disruption during quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades.
• Lead Design Review Boards (DRB) and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs) prepared by technical leads and partners.
• Evaluate quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, assess business impact, and lead technical validation for new feature adoption.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams consisting of functional consultants, developers, integration engineers, and third-party implementation vendors.
• Manage vendor selection, RFP responses, technical evaluations, and partner performance reviews.
