Job summary

Ingram Micro in India seeks a seasoned Presales Network Engineer to collaborate with sales, design Cisco-based solutions, prepare BoMs, and deliver PoCs. You will present to partners, run trainings, and work with Cisco teams on deal registrations and pricing.

The role demands deep Cisco portfolio knowledge and strong customer-facing skills. The candidate should have 3–8 years in presales/network engineering, with experience in SI/distributors or OEMs.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of presales/network engineering/solution architecture experience.
• Experience with system integrators, distributors or OEMs preferred.
• Prior hands-on Cisco product portfolio experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and propose Cisco solutions.
• Provide presales technical support including design, BoM, and proposal documentation.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoCs to partners and customers.
• Conduct partner enablement trainings and workshops on Cisco technologies.
• Engage with Cisco account teams for deal registrations, pricing and validation.
• Assist in RFP/RFI responses with accurate technical details.
• Stay updated on Cisco networking, security, collaboration, and data center portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order configuration, licensing and compliance.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
