Job summary

TalentXO seeks an experienced Solution Architect – NaaS to lead enterprise networking design across wired, wireless, and SD-WAN. You will translate requirements into scalable architectures and ensure alignment in multi-OEM environments.

The role includes pre-sales, proposal development, and acting as the technical POC for customer discussions, workshops, and RFP/RFI responses. Strong documentation and stakeholder-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on in Network Solution Architecture / Design / Network Engineering.
• Strong enterprise networking experience: Wired/Wireless, Routing & Switching (L2/L3), WLAN/Wi‑Fi, Firewalls.
• Hands-on in Network Solution Design, translating requirements into scalable architectures.
• Experience preparing HLD/LLD, BOMs, proposals, or similar network documentation.
• Exposure to customer-facing technical discussions, solution presentations, and RFP/RFI support.
• Relevant Cisco/ Aruba / Fortinet certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, ACMP/ACDX).

Responsibilities

involves solution design, pre-sales, and proposal development, with a focus on multi-OEM

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Network as a Service (NaaS) solutions for enterprise customers
• Translating business and technical requirements into scalable architecture
• Ensure alignment with multi-OEM environments (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet)
• Act as a technical POC for customer discussions, design queries, and solution validation
• Support sales teams in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Provide technical leadership during RFP/RFI responses

Proposal & Solution Development

• Build proposals, BOMs, HLD/LLD documents, and solution artifacts
• Define service constructs (SLAs, managed services, automation frameworks)
• Work closely with delivery teams for solution feasibility and transition

Ideal Candidate

• 2Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Network Solution Architecture / Solution Design / Network Engineering,
• 3Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands‑on experience across Enterprise Networking – Wired/Wireless, Routing & Switching (L2/L3), WLAN/Wi‑Fi, and Firewalls.
• 4Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands‑on experience in Network Solution Design, including translating technical requirements into scalable network architectures.
• 5Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience preparing HLD/LLD, BOMs, proposals, or other network solution documentation.
• 6Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have exposure to customer‑facing technical discussions, solution presentations, workshops, RFP/RFI or proposal support.
• 7Preferred (Certification) – Must hold a relevant certification in Cisco / Aruba (HPE) / Fortinet, such as CCNP/CCIE, ACMP/ACDX or equivalent.
