Job summary

SHI is seeking an experienced Solution Architect Network & Security Presales to join our Presales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions, engaging with customers, and driving technical solutioning throughout the sales lifecycle.

You will work closely with enterprise customers, sales teams, OEM partners, and delivery teams to architect secure, scalable, and resilient Network & Security solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in network & security presales or solution architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise networks and security solutions for large environments.
• Strong customer-facing skills with enterprise or global clients; proposal development and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end Network & Security solutions using Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and other leading technologies.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, executive presentations, and customer demonstrations.
• Prepare High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), BOMs, SOWs, and respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Conduct PoCs, technical validations, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, OEMs, and Delivery teams throughout the presales lifecycle.
• Recommend secure, scalable architectures aligned with customer objectives.
• Provide technical leadership during customer engagements and discussions.
• Stay updated with latest networking, cybersecurity, SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud security technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions, engaging with customers, and driving technical solutioning throughout the sales lifecycle.

You will work closely with enterprise customers, sales teams, OEM partners, and delivery teams to architect secure, scalable, and resilient Network & Security solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, customer-facing presentation skills, proposal development, and solution architecture experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end Network & Security solutions using Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and other leading technologies.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, executive presentations, and customer demonstrations.
• Prepare High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), Bill of Materials (BOM), Statements of Work (SOW), and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical validations, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, OEMs, and Delivery teams throughout the presales lifecycle.
• Recommend secure, scalable, and cost-effective architectures aligned with customer business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership during customer engagements and solution discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest networking, cybersecurity, SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud security technologies.

• 8+ years of experience in Network & Security Presales or Solution Architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise and large-scale network security solutions.
• Strong customer-facing experience with enterprise or global clients.
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and preparing technical proposals.
• Hands-on exposure to PoCs, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
