Qualifications

10-15+ years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem.
8+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE architecture experience.
Experience across CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing/Insights.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience designing and implementing enterprise‑scale solutions, leading digital transformation programs, and architecting end‑to‑end CRM and ERP ecosystems.

The candidate should possess strong experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Customer Insights), Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, and have successfully led Salesforce to Dynamics 365 migration programs or greenfield Dynamics 365 implementations from inception to go‑live.

Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.

Technical Leadership

Lead cross‑functional teams consisting of Functional Consultants, Developers, Integration Architects, and Business Analysts.
Provide architecture governance and technical mentorship.
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments.
Drive adoption of best practices and innovation.
