• Technology Strategy Development:Collaborates with senior management to develop and implement a technology strategy that supports the bank's retail operations and enhances customer experience.
• Business Requirement Analysis:Engages with business units to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring that technologysolutions meet the specific needs of retail banking customers.

Architectural Design

• SolutionArchitecture Design:Creates comprehensivesolutionarchitectures that detail how various components (applications, data, technology) will work together to meet business goals. This includes defining the integration of systems within the retail banking framework.
• Framework Implementation:Establishesarchitectural frameworks that guide the development and implementation of technologysolutions across retail channels, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Stakeholder Engagement
