Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise technology environments.
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Strategy roles.
• Experience in architecture governance, solution reviews, and technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of banking domains such as Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Digital Channels, AI, ML, CRM, Data, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture roadmap across Business, Application, Data, Integration, Security, and Technology domains.
• Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) and architecture governance activities.
• Review and approve solution architectures for strategic projects.
• Drive modernization, cloud adoption, API strategy, data platforms, and digital transformation and AI initiatives.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Evaluate new technologies, vendors, and solution options.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Business, Technology, Security, and Risk teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
• Mentor solution architects and technical teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the Bank's architecture strategy, governance, and solution design initiatives. The role will be responsible for defining target-state architecture, governing technology decisions, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology investments.

Required Experience

• 15-20 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise technology environments.
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Strategy roles.
• Experience in architecture governance, solution reviews, and technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of banking domains such as Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Digital Channels, AI, ML, CRM, Data, and Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF, Zachman or similar Architecture Framework certification.
• Cloud Architecture certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of API, Microservices, Data Platforms, Cloud, AI, and Security Architecture.
