Concentrix is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the Bank’s architecture strategy, governance, and solution design initiatives. You will define target-state architecture, govern technology decisions, and ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology investments.

Key responsibilities include driving modernization, cloud adoption, API strategy, data platforms, and AI initiatives, establishing standards, and mentoring architects.

Formación

• 15-20 years in Banking/FS or large enterprise tech environments.
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or Technology Strategy.
• Experience in architecture governance, reviews, and technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Digital Channels, AI, ML, CRM, Data and Analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture roadmap across Business, Application, Data, Integration, Security and Technology domains.
• Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) and governance activities.
• Review and approve solution architectures for strategic projects.
• Drive modernization, cloud adoption, API strategy, data platforms, and AI initiatives.
• Establish architecture principles, standards and reference architectures.
• Evaluate new technologies, vendors, and solution options.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Business, Technology, Security and Risk teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
• Mentor solution architects and technical teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the Bank’s architecture strategy, governance, and solution design initiatives. The role will be responsible for defining target-state architecture, governing technology decisions, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology investments.

Required Experience

• 15-20 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise technology environments.
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Strategy roles.
• Experience in architecture governance, solution reviews, and technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of banking domains such as Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Digital Channels, AI, ML, CRM, Data, and Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF, Zachman or similar Architecture Framework certification.
• Cloud Architecture certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of API, Microservices, Data Platforms, Cloud, AI, and Security Architecture.
