Job summary

Innominds Software in Hyderabad is seeking a Solutions Engineer, Lead/Architect with 5-12 years of experience to drive pre-sales and solution architecture across AI, cloud, data engineering domains.

You will shape enterprise-level proposals, collaborate with clients, present compelling business cases, and guide cloud migrations to GCP. The role demands strong communication, certifications, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable product engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 5–12 years of experience in solutions engineering / pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and architecture development during pre-sales.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and business cases.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into enterprise solutions.
• Guide cloud migration strategies, especially to GCP.
• Prepare clear documentation and architecture diagrams for stakeholders.

Job description

Job Title: Solutions Engineer, Lead/Architect @ Innominds

Experience: 5-12 Years
Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

Preferred past solutioning / pre-sales experience in one of the below areas

• Experience in Application Development i.e. Frontend and Backend (Java/.NET/Opensource/Angular/ReactJs/etc.)
• Experience/knowledge in BI/ETL/Data Integration/Data Migration.
• Data Lake, Data Pipelines using open source or COTS Solutions
• Demonstrated experience in Business Analyst roles including assisting business case build, translating and simplifying requirements, requirements management and communication, requirements analysis in BFSI or Healthcare domains
• Experience or Understanding of Cloud Native Tools in AWS or Azure or GCP is must.
• Experience in Cloud migration to GCP
• Understanding of SDLC lifecycle and played role in software development / Implementation of Enterprise solutions
• Competent in MS-PowerPoint and comfortable building presentation materials to tell a clear story
• Effective communication skills at multiple levels of the organisation, including senior management
• Direct experience of solution shaping and architecture development during pre-sales - excellent documentation skills
• Understanding of complete pre-sales cycle from Lead stage to contract closure

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Google Cloud Certified
• TOGAF, ITIL, or PMP certifications are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or advanced technical degree is an added advantage.
