Job summary

Innominds is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its Hyderabad team. The role focuses on cloud and DevOps, including AWS services, EKS, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. You will manage platform engineering, automation, and production reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of experience, strong Kubernetes expertise, and a proven ability to scale deployments, automate workflows, and ensure observability with Prometheus/Grafana.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of DevOps/Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong AWS expertise (EKS, ECR, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk).
• Hands-on with Terraform, GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Extensive Kubernetes experience with Istio, Knative, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Automation mindset with incident management and scale.

Responsibilities

• Platform Engineering, CI/CD & Kubernetes Operations: manage end-to-end delivery using AWS, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS) and ArgoCD.
• Infrastructure Automation & Reliability: design and automate cloud infra with Terraform; troubleshoot CI/CD and support EKS provisioning.

Job Description:-

Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EKS, ECR, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk), Terraform

CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Argo CD

1. Platform Engineering, CI/CD & Kubernetes Operations

   Manage and support the end-to-end application delivery lifecycle using AWS, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), ArgoCD, KEDA, Karpenter, Istio, Prometheus, Grafana, and Knative.

   Create and onboard new application repositories, establish standardized CI/CD workflows, automate builds and deployments, and enable GitOps-based deployments through ArgoCD.

   Manage EKS platform operations, including node provisioning through Karpenter, workload scaling using KEDA, service mesh integration with Istio, and application observability through Prometheus and Grafana.

2. Infrastructure Automation, Platform Support & Reliability

   Design, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services.

   Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD workflow failures, support EKS infrastructure provisioning and enhancements, and maintain deployment automation.

   Provide operational support for legacy applications, build pipelines, and deployment processes while driving platform standardization and modernization initiatives.

3. Production Operations, Deployment Support & Innovation

   Support production and weekend releases, ensuring successful deployments and platform stability.

   Perform troubleshooting, incident support, and application availability validation across environments.

   Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate new technologies, security enhancements, deployment strategies, and platform improvements to improve scalability, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
