Job summary

KPMG is seeking an experienced Solution & Data Architect to support two strategic initiatives on the Data CPDH Platform in Bengaluru. The role requires independent delivery, aligning with enterprise architecture standards and technology platforms.

The ideal candidate will lead architecture governance, manage dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure data solutions across the data platform.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Data Architecture.
• Understanding of Data Engineering principles, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data integration.
• Experience with Data CPDH Platform / Enterprise Data Platform.
• Strong experience with Databricks / Azure Databricks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud data solutions.
• Exposure to Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architectures and govern design decisions.
• Deliver data products or expose data from source systems through the enterprise data platform.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, governed, and aligned with business requirements.
• Manage technical dependencies across strategic projects.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution & Data Architect to support two strategic initiatives. The candidate will work independently on assigned deliverables, taking direction from the Senior/Lead Solution Architect while managing day-to-day execution autonomously.

The role requires strong expertise in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, and Data Engineering, along with excellent stakeholder management skills. The architect will define target-state architectures, govern design decisions, manage project dependencies, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategic technology platforms.
