Job summary

n Human Resources & Management Systems [ nHRMS ] is seeking an experienced Data Architect to join its Data & AI consulting team. The role focuses on building scalable data foundations, modern data platforms and reusable data products, with hands-on execution and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include designing enterprise data architectures, modeling data at conceptual/logical/physical levels, and establishing governance, lineage, and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Solution Architecture.
• Strong hands-on coding in Python, SQL & PySpark.
• Experience with conceptual, logical and physical data modeling.
