Job summary

EXL is seeking a seasoned IT solution architect specializing in data. You will define end-to-end data solutions aligned with business objectives, architect scalable platforms, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

You will lead solutioning efforts, develop blueprints and roadmaps, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to support RFPs and client presentations. You will guide delivery with strong leadership and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT solution architecture with a focus on data solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data technologies (data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT, big data, analytics, AI/ML).
• Experience in solution estimation, pricing, and proposal development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical innovation with business value and cost efficiency.
