Overview

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Solution Architect to design and guide the delivery of large-scale, high-performance systems across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. You’ll serve as the bridge between business vision and technical execution — ensuring solutions are not just functional, but scalable, secure, and future-ready. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile POD environment, translating complex requirements into architectures that can scale with our ambitions. Your expertise will shape our technical landscape, mentor our engineering teams, and help us stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

Architect and design end-to-end architectures for web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms.
Translate business goals into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
Apply best practices in security, performance optimization, and reliability.
Lead in an Agile POD model: collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Ops teams to deliver high-impact projects; ensure clear accountability of deliverables and smooth cross-team coordination; continuously refine POD processes to improve speed and quality.
Provide technical leadership in microservices, system integration, and API design, ensuring non-functional requirements (scalability, maintainability, security) are embedded into every solution; conduct architectural reviews and guide teams on technical decisions.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment; lead technical discussions with internal teams and external partners.
Mentor engineers and foster growth in architectural thinking and coding excellence; share best practices, industry insights, and innovative approaches.
Continuously assess emerging technologies and tools for competitive advantage; optimize existing architectures for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in senior technical leadership.
Strong programming background in Java, Python, and Angular.
Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Hands-on experience with AWS services.
Solid understanding of Agile delivery, especially in POD-based setups.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
