Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions in India. You will translate client requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures and collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to ensure a winnable value proposition.

The role requires 8+ years of ServiceNow experience and hands-on leadership across modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HRSM, and Knowledge & Case Management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HRSM, Knowledge & Case Management, Portals).
Drive ITIL-based transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.
Mentor junior architects and guide development teams on integrations and data models.
Oversee upgrades, governance, and feature adoption across the platform.
Manage secure integrations and MID Server lifecycle with internal and external systems.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design: Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HRSM, Knowledge & Case Management, and Custom Portals (ITOM is a plus).
Strategic Transformation: Drive ITIL-based transformation initiatives, aligning platform capabilities with business and enterprise architecture goals.
Technical Leadership: Act as SME and technical leader, providing guidance to development teams and mentoring junior architects.
Solution Development: Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions, including design documentation and data model enhancements.
Integration & MID Server: Manage MID Server lifecycle, and design secure integrations with intranet and external systems.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize ServiceNow Performance Analytics and BI tools for dashboards and data-driven insights.
Quality Assurance: Oversee testing strategy, usability reviews, and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Platform Governance: Manage upgrades, new feature adoption, and architectural governance.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
