Summary:
Solution Design & Architecture: Lead technical designs across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, and SecOps modules. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable architectural blueprints.
Technical Leadership & Consultation: Act as expert advisor on platform capabilities, providing strategic guidance on technology-to-business alignment.
Platform Governance: Ensure architectural standards, security protocols, and best practices are maintained across all implementations.
Integration Strategy: Design and oversee integration patterns with external systems and third-party applications.
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions that align with their business objectives.
