Job description

We are looking for a Business Architect with Scrum Master knowledge to support an AI-driven document extraction initiative. This role bridges business and technology — translating operational requirements into actionable solution scope while managing agile delivery ceremonies across the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and validate business requirements for the document extraction and downstream system integration scope
• Map current-state manual processes and define target-state automated workflows
• Validate that solution design and extraction outputs meet business objectives and compliance standards
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders, the AI Architect, and App Dev team to facilitate sign-off at each delivery milestone
• Support definition of exception handling processes and updated manual review scope post-automation
• Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the project team
• Manage and maintain the product backlog in coordination with stakeholders and the delivery team
• Track sprint progress, identify and remove impediments, and elevate risks to leadership
• Ensure the team follows agile practices and maintains delivery velocity aligned to productionization timelines

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of combined experience in business analysis and agile delivery
• Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills
• Experience working on automation or AI-driven projects in a business analyst capacity
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent agile tooling
• Background in financial services, lending, or operations is strongly preferred
