Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined experience in business analysis and agile delivery.
• Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills.
• Experience working on automation or AI-driven projects in a business analyst capacity.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent agile tooling.
• Background in financial services, lending, or operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate business requirements for the document extraction and downstream system integration scope.
• Map current-state manual processes and define target-state automated workflows.
• Validate that solution design and extraction outputs meet business objectives and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders, the AI Architect, and App Dev team to facilitate sign-off at each delivery milestone.
• Support definition of exception handling processes and updated manual review scope post-automation.
• Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the project team.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog in coordination with stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Track sprint progress, identify and remove impediments, and escalate risks to leadership.
• Ensure the team follows agile practices and maintains delivery velocity aligned to productionization timelines.
