Job summary

Mobibiz is seeking a highly analytical Technical Business Analyst to drive pre-sales and post-sales engagements within an IT services environment. The role focuses on digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives, translating business needs into technical requirements and solution concepts.

The candidate will document BRD/FRD/SRS, create user stories, process flows, and support UAT, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 3–8 years of BA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Services organization.
• Strong exposure to Digital Transformation Projects.
• Experience with Digital Product / Platform Solutions.
• AI / ML-based Solutions (chatbots, automation, predictive analytics, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in pre-sales support and client-facing engagements.
• Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Process Flows).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and digital goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions and requirement gathering workshops.
• Translate business requirements into solution concepts (Digital, AI, Automation, Cloud, etc.).
• Prepare high-quality documentation including BRD, FRD, and Solution Proposals.
• Define scope and effort estimations with technical teams.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal submissions.
• Work with Sales and Solution Architects during client presentations.
• Lead detailed requirement gathering and stakeholder interviews.
• Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use case documentation.
• Define acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, and sign-offs.
• Monitor deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
