Job summary

Zensar Technologies in India is seeking a skilled professional to manage RFP/RFIs lifecycle and lead estimations for workplace services, including managed services and transformation efforts.

You will build AI-infused solutions, present to customers, and develop end-to-end service desk, deskside support, UEM, M365 and VDI solutions, with a focus on due diligence, SOW creation, and solution defense.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing RFP/RFIs and lifecycle of solutions.
• Ability to build and present AI-infused solutions to customers.
• Experience with due diligence, assessment, and Statement of Work creation.
• Experience delivering Service Desk, Deskside support, UEM, M365, VDI solutions.
