Job summary

Haryana Knowledge Corporation in Chandigarh is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design the end-to-end technical architecture for the PPP platform, including integrations with State and Central Government databases and citizen-facing apps. The role requires 15 years of experience with at least 5 in architecture.

You will define standards, review solutions with security teams, and guide development teams to ensure scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• Total 15 years' experience with at least 5 years' hands-on experience as a Solution Architect (or similar) role.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE/EC/CA or equivalent, MCA or ME/M.Tech from a recognized university.
• Design end-to-end technical architecture for the PPP platform, including integrations with State/Central Government databases and citizen-facing applications.
• Define technology standards, design patterns and best practices to be followed across PPP systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they improve scalability, security or citizen experience.
• Create architecture blueprints, high-level and low-level design documents for new modules and integrations.
• Guide and review the work of development teams to ensure solutions meet architectural and security standards.
• Work closely with the CTO, Infrastructure Lead and Security team to ensure system-wide consistency and resilience.
