Job summary

BinQle is seeking a SolidWorks PDM/PLM specialist in India to join our engineering team. You will create and manage manufacturing drawings for sheet metal, machined, and plastic parts, and drive PLM processes from BOM to ECO/ECN.

The role covers assembly drawings, cable drawings, GD&T and tolerance analysis, with emphasis on electromechanical systems including enclosures and PCBs. Ideal candidates have SolidWorks and EPDM experience, PDM/PLM knowledge, BOM creation, and BE/Diploma in Mechanical

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and EPDM and related PDM/PLM systems.
• Experience with BOM creation, ECO/ECN activities and PLM workflows.
• Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis is required.
• Experience with electromechanical assemblies including enclosures and PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage manufacturing drawings for sheet metal, machined and plastic parts.
• Develop assembly drawings, instructions and cable drawings.
• Handle assemblies from simple to complex in SolidWorks.
• Maintain BOM and support PLM, ECO/ECN activities.

Role Summary:

Responsible for electromechanical design activities using SolidWorks, including assembly and cable drawing creation, PDM/PLM processes, and manufacturing documentation for sheet metal, machined, and plastic parts.

What Youll Do:

• Create and manage manufacturing drawings for sheet metal, machined, and plastic parts
• Develop assembly drawings, instructions, and cable drawings
• Handle assemblies from simple to complex in SolidWorksMaintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), ECO/ECN activities
• Apply GD&T and perform tolerance stack-up analysis
• Document materials used in sheet metal and machine parts

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and EPDM
• Experience with PDM and PLM systems
• Ability to create assembly instructions and cable drawings
• Knowledge of electromechanical systems, including electrical enclosures and components (PCBs, transformers, resistors, connectors, bus bars)
• Experience in Bill of Material creation and ECO/ECN activity
• Expertise in GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
• Knowledge of materials used in sheet metal and machine parts
