Job summary

iFuture iVision is seeking a SolidWorks Design Engineer in Chennai, India. The role requires hands-on SolidWorks skills for 3D modeling, assembly, and drafting, with 1–3 years in SPM design and strong mechanical design fundamentals.

You will contribute to the design of industrial automation, vision-based and robotics automation machinery, and conveyor systems, including pneumatic systems, bearings, materials, drawings, and BOMs. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SPM design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling, assembly, and drafting.
• Good knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering practices.
• Experience in designing industrial automation equipment, vision-based robotics automation machinery, and conveyor systems.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems, bearings, and material selection.
• Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
