This role requires hands-on experience with SolarWinds tools and a solid understanding of networking environments. You will perform root cause analysis and coordinate with L3 teams for complex resolutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds tools is essential.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts is required.
• Experience with Windows/Linux server environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle L2 level incidents, alerts, and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Troubleshoot network, server, and application performance issues.

Skills

Hands-on experience with SolarWinds tools (NPM, SAM, NCM)

Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP)

Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments

Experience in monitoring tools and incident management

Familiarity with ITIL processes

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Job description

• Handle L2 level incidents, alerts, and service requests
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
• Troubleshoot network, server, and application performance issues
• Configure and maintain SolarWinds modules and alerts
• Work on escalation tickets from L1 team and provide resolution
• Generate and analyze reports for system performance and availability
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of incidents
• Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for complex issues
• Perform basic patching, upgrades, and health checks of SolarWinds platform

Required Skills:

• Hands‑on experience with SolarWinds tools (NPM, SAM, NCM)
• Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP)
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments
