Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a professional to handle L2 level incidents, alerts, and service requests. The candidate will perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot network and application issues, and monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds tools like NPM, SAM, and NCM.

Skills

Hands-on experience with SolarWinds tools (NPM, SAM, NCM)

Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP)

Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments

Experience in monitoring tools and incident management

Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

• Work on escalation tickets from L1 team and provide resolution
• Generate and analyze reports for system performance and availability
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of incidents
• Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for complex issues
• Perform basic patching, upgrades, and health checks of SolarWinds platform
