Job summary

KGDC Enterprises LLP in Jharkhand is hiring Solar Technicians to join installation teams across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.

You will install rooftop solar systems, test and commission, ensure safety with PPE, and assist in training interns on site. This role requires hands-on experience and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on solar installation experience.
• Comfortable working at heights with proper PPE.
• Able to read a basic installation layout.
• Willing to travel to sites within your area.

Responsibilities

• Install rooftop solar systems end to end: structure assembly, panel mounting, DC/AC cabling, earthing, inverter and meter connections
• Test and commission systems and support customer handover
• Follow safety and quality standards, including PPE and working-at-height norms
• Guide and train installation interns on site
• Report progress and issues to your Team Lead

The opportunity:

Join our installation teams as a Solar Technician. Multiple openings across all our locations in Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.

What you will do:
