Job summary

Dexler Energy Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru is seeking a Solar Power Plant Operations Analyst to monitor and optimize performance across SCADA, PR, CUF, availability, and energy yield.

You will analyze data, identify anomalies, and prepare technical and management reports for clients and internal teams. The role requires hands-on experience with SCADA monitoring, inverter and HT systems, and advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in solar power plant operations, SCADA monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Solar O&M and SCADA systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; Power BI preferred.
• Knowledge of inverters, trackers, transformers, HT systems, and energy meters.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and RCA skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Experience with utility-scale solar projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate Daily and Monthly Generation Reports (DGR/MGR).
• Monitor solar plant performance through SCADA and identify equipment alarms and abnormalities.
• Monitor inverter, string, tracker, transformer, grid, and communication performance.
• Track PR, CUF, plant availability, inverter availability, specific generation, and energy yield.
• Analyze generation losses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare performance, loss analysis, KPI, and client MIS reports.
• Develop Excel dashboards, reporting templates, and performance trackers.
• Coordinate with site engineers, OEMs, clients, and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Track breakdowns, preventive maintenance activities, and pending performance issues.
• Analyze SCADA and inverter data and identify abnormal operating trends.
• Support RCA, warranty claims, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Standardize reporting formats and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
