Job summary

Mayabini Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Telecaller to join our solar sales team in Guwahati, Assam. The role involves calling leads, presenting solar solutions, and setting appointments for field sales.

You will maintain CRM/Excel records, meet daily targets, and participate in training on solar products. Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• 1+ year of telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Assamese (English is a plus).

Job Summary

Mayabini Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and following up with interested prospects for residential and commercial solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers from provided lead databases.
• Explain rooftop solar solutions and government subsidy benefits.
• Qualify customer requirements and generate sales leads.
• Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• 1+ year of telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Assamese (English is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
• Positive attitude and convincing skills.
