Job summary

Freyr Energy is seeking a field-oriented solar installation technician to execute residential solar installations as per detailed project reports. You will manage material logistics, assemble components including mounting structures and inverters, and perform civil tasks like foundations and earthing pits.

Client orientation on system operation will also be conducted. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in electrical installations or related work, with a 3-month Skill Development Course completed,

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred.
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course.
• Completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Execute the complete installation of residential solar projects following the specifications outlined in the approved Detailed Project Report.
• Manage logistics for material transportation and ensure all sites are fully prepared and ready for installation activities.
