Freyr Energy is seeking a proactive Solar Installer to manage end-to-end installation of residential solar projects and ensure quality execution on-site. You will handle site readiness, install structures, modules, wiring, and inverters, and configure the RMS system.

Travel to sites and customer training are part of the role. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in electrical installations, completes required certifications, and demonstrates strong safety awareness and communication skills.

Formación

• Mandatory: Class 12 / ITI / Diploma and completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course.
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations or related electrical work preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in solar installation or renewable energy projects is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety standards; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Complete installation of residential solar sites as per approved DPR.

• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Solar Installer tojoin our team in the solar energy sector. • Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- andpost-installation documentation

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance,or related electrical work preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral and written communication skills

• Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as sitesurveys and material inspection
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
