Job summary

INPRO is looking for a Software Tester (Manual+Automation) in Baner, Pune. The candidate will blend manual and automated testing with Selenium, Java, and Python to ensure quality across SDLC/STLC, APIs, and databases.

Experience in CI/CD, JMeter, Postman, and performance testing will be valued. Excellent communication and quick self-learning are important for coordinating across teams and releases.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the end product requirement and translating the requirement into real-time business scenarios.
• Designing automated test scripts using selenium/Page Object Model/Page Factory
• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Creation of a test plan and test cases.
• Test execution and defect life cycle.
• Exposure to different databases like Postgres, MSSQL, and Oracle DB.
• Exposure to different flavours of OS like windows server, Ubuntu, Linux, Mac, etc.
• Good knowledge in Functional, Integration, Linguistic, system/performance, and UAT testing, etc.

Requirements Skill sets

• Good knowledge about Test Automation tools like Selenium-Java/python
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Performing a combination of manual and automated testing as per release priorities
• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC (Software testing life cycle) Concepts
• Good knowledge of functional, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Good knowledge and understanding of defect life cycle
• Exposure to performance tools like JMeter/Load Runner etc.
• Good knowledge in API Testing using tools like JMeter/postman
• Must be Tech/Internet savvy with interest/exposure in new technologies and be a self-learner.
• Good knowledge of Database MSSQL, Oracle/Postgres, Excel, and PowerPoint.
