Job summary

Jrrsafelogic in Bangalore is seeking a Software Testing Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our QA team. You will work with C-based embedded software, MISRA C standards, and safety targets, performing static and dynamic analyses and creating comprehensive test plans and reports.

Responsibilities include test specification, requirement-based testing, and hands-on use of LDRA, VectorCAST, and Parasoft tool suites to ensure safety-critical software quality and adherence to SDLC guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software testing.
• Knowledge of MISRA C and EN50128 standards.
• Experience with SDLC and safety-critical testing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement software testing plans per safety targets.
• Conduct requirement-based testing and test case design.
• Perform static and dynamic analysis of software.
• Create test specifications for unit, integration, and hardware-software integration testing.
• Use LDRA Tool suite to execute tests and generate reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should have good understanding in C language and embedded programming.
• Hands on experience in LDRA tool, VectorCAST, Parasoft tool.
• Hands on experience in Automated software testing tool
• Should get knowledge on MISRA C Standard.
• Responsible to work on EN50128 standard
• Should get knowledge on SDLC.
• Good understanding of Equivalence class partition, MCDC, Boundary Value Analysis, Structural Coverage, and branch Coverage analysis as part of testing methodologies
• Study and understand the software requirement & design documents.
• Responsible to prepare and implement the software testing plan as per safety target.
• Responsible to conduct requirement-based testing.
• Responsible for the static and dynamic analysis of the software.
• Preparation of test specification for Unit testing, Integration testing, Software hardware integration testing as per safety target
• Responsible to conduct testing activities using LDRA Tool suite and test report generation.
• Work independently in the team and responsible for the testing related activities.

Education:
