Job summary

Aziro in Chennai seeks a seasoned QA/Test Engineer to own the end-to-end testing strategy for the eCRM program, covering functional, integration, regression, data-migration, and user-acceptance testing.

You will design and execute test cases for CRM-to-telephony integrations, ensuring data integrity across systems and leading defect resolution with cross-functional teams. A strong automation background and API testing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software QA/test engineering with CRM or contact center testing experience.
• Hands-on with manual and automated testing; familiar with test management platforms.
• Experience with data migration validation and API testing (REST/SOAP).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test strategy and test planning for the eCRM program, including functional, integration, regression, data-migration, and UAT testing.
• Design and execute test cases validating CRM-to-telephony integration points to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Build and maintain a test plan aligned to phased pilot rollout with stakeholder coordination for training cohorts.
• Develop and maintain automated regression test suites to protect core CRM/telephony workflows.
• Lead defect management: triage, priority setting, root-cause tracking, and coordination with dev and vendor teams.
• Validate data migration/consolidation accuracy during legacy CRM and telephony merger, with reconciliation.
• Partner with business users during UAT to translate workflows into coverage and sign-off on readiness.
• Document test results, quality metrics, and readiness assessments at milestones.

What You\'ll Do

• Own end-to-end test strategy and test planning for the eCRM program, covering functional, integration, regression, data-migration, and user-acceptance testing.
• Design and execute test cases validating CRM-to-telephony integration points (call routing, screen-pop, click-to-dial, activity logging, and interaction history sync) to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Build and maintain a test plan aligned to phased pilot rollout partnering with the program team on user segmentation, license counts, and training cohort sequencing to ensure each pilot wave is quality-gated before expansion.
• Develop and maintain automated regression test suites to protect core CRM/telephony workflows as the platform evolves, reducing manual retesting burden across releases.
• Lead defect management: triage, prioritization, root-cause tracking, and coordination with development and vendor teams through resolution.
• Validate data migration and consolidation accuracy as legacy CRM and telephony records are merged into the new environment, including reconciliation against source systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders and end users during UAT to translate real-world workflows into test coverage, and to sign off on pilot and production readiness.
• Document test results, quality metrics, and readiness assessments at each implementation milestone.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in software quality assurance/test engineering, including at least 2+ years testing CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred) and/or contact center or telephony systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing; proficiency with test automation tools and test management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar).
• Solid understanding of system integration testing comfortable validating data flow and business logic across multiple connected platforms, not just a single application.
• Experience testing data migration/consolidation projects, including reconciliation and validation methodology.
• Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) and ability to read basic integration/middleware configurations (e.g., Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or similar).
• Excellent written communication skills; ability to produce clear test documentation and readiness reports for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in a regulated industry (financial services or credit union preferred), with attention to data privacy and compliance considerations in testing approach.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Direct experience with D365 CRM, ACS or another cloud contact center platform.
• Experience supporting phased/pilot-based enterprise rollouts rather than single-cutover implementations.
