Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for CRM-based web applications.
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for functional and regression testing.
• Validate CRM workflows, integrations, and customer data processes.
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Log and manage defects using JIRA or similar bug tracking systems.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and perform API testing with Postman.
• Ensure test coverage across staging and production environments.
• Support regression cycles and validate releases.

Job Description – QA Tester (Web Testing)

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will be considered an added advantage.

• Log, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or similar systems.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or similar platforms.
• Ensure test coverage across multiple environments including staging and production.
• Support regression cycles and assist in validating releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.

Skills Required

• 3–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, primarily focused on web testing.
• Strong experience in manual testing of web-based applications.
• Experience working with CRM platforms or CRM-driven applications.
• Good understanding of test case design techniques and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software testing for web applications.
  
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
  
• Experience working with CRM systems or customer data-driven platforms.
  
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
