General Job Duties

• Provide Testing and Automation Strategy for newly developed features
• Participate in planning meetings and ensure quality at all levels of SDLC
• Develop test plans, test environments, and test scenarios for new product features
• Maintenance of existing automation tests
• Investigate and resolve test failures
• Conduct Code and Test Plan review to ensure the quality of Test Cases, Test coverage, and Automation Code
• Increase Automation confidence by reducing random test failures
• Work in an agile team along with developers
• Identify QA Risk and Mitigation Plans and ensure product delivery as per the release timeline

Requirements
