Job summary

Volody Product is seeking an Automation Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to design and execute automated test scripts. You will ensure quality and reliability of software products by implementing effective automation testing processes in collaboration with developers, analysts, and QA team members.

The role requires strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, API testing tools like Postman and REST Assured, and proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on automation testing experience.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit).
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.
• Integrate test scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or other tools.
• Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs via JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, API, and performance testing as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage.
• Improve test automation frameworks and QA practices.
• Participate in code reviews for test scripts and provide feedback.
