About the Job

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software development teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate automation strategies.
• Conduct thorough analysis of software applications and identify areas for automation.
• Execute automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug test failures and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to test automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
• Develop and maintain test data and test environments necessary for test execution.
• Monitor and report test results, metrics, and defects to ensure timely and accurate feedback to the development team.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and best practices.

Required Skills

• 2 to 6 years of proven work experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role.
