Mandatory Skill Requirements

• 2+ years of strong hands‑on experience in software, system, and hardware testing (manual & automation) for medical devices.
• Proficient in test automation using tools like Squish.
• Working knowledge of Python, C++.
• Test automation frameworks such as Squish, Google Test, Robot Framework, PyTest.
• Experience in regression, integration, and system testing.
• Test case design techniques, automation of test plans, test cases, test results, and defect reports.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, QA, systems engineers, and regulatory teams.

Desirable Skill Requirements

• Familiarity with requirement & verification management tools like ALM, JAMA.
• Proficient in Git and version control practices.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; self‑motivated.
• Experience collaborating with hardware and system teams for board bring‑up and debugging.
• Medical domain knowledge.
• Experience with real‑time systems.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent in software testing.
