Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in software testing (manual or automation).
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with SQL for backend data validation.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think from an end‑user perspective.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, smoke, and performance testing).
• Track, document, and report defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar systems.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand business requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Assist in building and maintaining automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Postman (for API testing).
• Ensure product stability, usability, and scalability before every release cycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test strategies, and documentation.

Preferred Qualification

Experience testing FinTech, Accounting, or SaaS applications. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Familiarity with automation frameworks and test data management.
