Job summary

CAMBRIDGE TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISES (CTE) seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance Executive with 8+ years in software QA to drive process improvement and ensure compliance with CMMI DEV/SVC Level 5 practices. You will analyze requirements, oversee audits, and guide RCA-based defect prevention.

The role involves managing audits, metrics analysis, and AI governance alignment under ISO 42001, while coordinating trainings and ensuring robust quality procedures across projects in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance or related field.
• Experience in facilitating software process improvement and audits.
• Involvement in at least one CMMI Level 5 appraisal or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and various life cycles (Waterfall, Spiral, Agile).
• Experience with process audits, metrics analysis, and RCA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate continuous software process improvement by analyzing requirements, process completeness, correctness, and efficiency.
• Lead process compliance reviews and audits across projects.
• Perform metrics analysis and RCA to prevent defects.
• Coordinate training programs on quality processes for the organization.
• Support implementation and continual improvement of AI Management System (AIMS) aligned with ISO 42001.

Job description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably with CMMI DEV/SVC Implementation experience. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating continuous software process improvement by analyzing process requirements along with existing process completeness, correctness, and efficiency.

Skills

Mandatory

• CMMI DEV/SVC Implementation experience
• Good knowledge of project life cycles (SDLC, Service Life Cycle, Waterfall, Spiral, Agile, etc.)
• Involvement in at least one CMMI Level 5 Appraisal
• Process Audit experience
• Metrics Analysis
• Knowledge of performing RCA using Control Charts, 5-Why Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone, etc.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001
• Understanding of AI governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices aligned with ISO 42001
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
