Job summary

Grant Thornton Bharat Llp in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Description Quality Assurance Specialist with 8–12 years of QA/SQA experience in process definition and implementation. You will review projects against quality standards and report on health metrics.

Candidates should understand ISO9001, CMMi, IATF, ASPICE and ISO27001; you will drive process improvements, conduct trainings, and develop QMS documentation for risks, causal analysis, monitoring, and continuity.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of QA/SQA experience in Process Definition and implementation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMi; familiarity with IATF, ASPICE, ISO27001.
• Experience in Software/IT project reviews and SDLCs (Agile, V Model, Waterfall, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Conduct SQA / QA reviews for projects to evaluate project health and report to Management.
• KPIs collection, RCA on missed KPIs, guide PMs on corrective actions.
• Facilitate QMS processes to project managers and explain templates.
• Conduct process trainings for project managers.
• Drive process improvements in projects.
• Define processes and write QMS documents for Risks Management, Causal Analysis and Resolution, Monitoring and Control, Continuity.
• Prepare monthly status reports for leadership on metrics, non compliances, process improvements, metrics.

Job description

Description Quality Assurance Specialist must have 8 – 12 years of relevant experience in Process Definition, Process implementation, conducting QA / SQA reviews for projects .

• Must have knowledge on Quality Standards like ISO9001 and CMMi . CMMi implementation experience is preferred. Other relevant standards are IATF , ASPICE , ISO27001.
• Good to have experience in Software and IT domain project reviews , having knowledge on SDLCs like Agile, V Model, Waterfall, Kanban

The role demands the following activities :

• Conducting SQA / QA reviews for projects to evaluate the project health and share report with Management on the same.
• KPIs collection, analysis, RCA of missed KPIs, handhold project managers to arrive at RCA and actions for improvement.
• Process Facilitation to project Managers, enabling them to understand the QMS Processes, templates.
• Conduct process trainings for project managers
• Drive process improvements in projects
• Should be able to define processes and write process documents for the QMS like – Risks Management, Causal Analysis and Resolution, Monitoring and Control, Continuity etc
• Prepare Monthly status reports for leadership around metrics, non compliances, process improvements, metrics etc
